Job Summary:

As a Bilingual Service Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Valora's services and healthcare practitioners within our local communities. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential patients, closely collaborating with our Service Sales Field team, and fostering participation in Valora's events to expand our patient community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use online and event leads to reach out to members of various Medicare health plans by phone to introduce and explain Valora's services within the community.
  • Work in conjunction with agents and brokers to schedule tours at our clinic locations for potential patients.
  • Promote and boost participation in planned events held at our clinics to grow Valora's patient base.
  • Efficiently manage voicemail messages from members and execute outbound calling lists.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents and brokers.

Education/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is a basic requirement.
  • 2+ years of telesales experience is highly valued.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in effective written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to engage and build relationships over the phone.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience in handling conflicts and rejections.
  • Discretion in managing confidential information.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to change.
  • Innovative, self-motivated, organized, and a dedicated team player.
  • Commitment to fulfilling responsibilities.
