This position is within the Consumer Services and Solutions (CSS) Strategic Planning & Operations Team and will play a critical role in all aspects of Business Strategy for the CSS SW and Engineering organization.

Stakeholder Management & Roadmap Portfolio Strategy
Executive Communication
LTP (Long-Term Planning) Strategy
Reporting to the Sr Director of Planning & Operations, the primary focus of this role will be SW Tech Strategy (1) help craft and operationalize strategy that enables the SW Technology organization to deliver on commitments and ambition (2) contribute and influence the direction and success of the business through deepened stakeholder relationships and (3) identify and action opportunities to optimize software technology portfolio operations with quality and efficiency, aligning with industry standards. Inherent in this role is identifying programmatic changes, risks, and opportunities.
This role will require close partnership with leaders across HP Business Units (BUs) including Print, Personal Systems, Finance, Digital Transformation Office and other technology partners. This role will also require close partnership with CSS SW Technology executives and CSS partners spanning Engineering, Product, Technical Program Management, Customer Success, and Subscriber Growth.
Author ad hoc analysis, insights, and process improvement recommendations to enable on time and on budget delivery of Engineering commitments. Optimize portfolio planning and roadmaps by introducing new strategies of how we partner and effectively communicate across the organization. Effectively frame programmatic long-term business planning and growth initiatives including size of investment and value expected.
Education and Experience Required:
Typically, 8-12 years of relevant experience in technology strategy & operations, technology transformation, or consulting
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area or 12+ years of demonstrated work experience

Per the Washington statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location, at the time of this posting, is $200,000 - $230,000. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
