We are looking for a Business Development Manager

Location – United States (home office with extensive travel) or Office Orem, Utah

As we expand our presence in the United States, we are seeking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead the charge in driving sales growth in the CCTV, Telecom, and Traffic markets.

What We Expect?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, with a focus on technology solutions in the CCTV, Telecom, or Traffic markets.
  • Strong understanding of fuel cell technologies, especially DMFC and Hydrogen Fuel Cells.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a home office environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify key players, trends, and opportunities in the CCTV, Telecom, and Traffic sectors.

- Analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic business development initiatives.

  • Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate and expand our presence in the target markets.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer requirements.

  • Customer Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers in target industries.

- Identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions that highlight the advantages of DMFC and Hydrogen Fuel Cell technologies.

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of SFC Energy LLC.

  • Technical Expertise:

- Develop a deep understanding of DMFC and Hydrogen Fuel Cell technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings.

  • Collaboration and Reporting:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.

- Provide regular reports and updates on market trends, sales activities, and pipeline status.

  • Travel:

- Extensive travel within the United States to meet clients, attend industry events, and build a robust network within the target markets.
