As a Corporate Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the corporate sector. Leveraging your expertise in compliance solutions and your consultative selling approach, you will establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their compliance challenges and offer tailored solutions to address their needs. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Achieve Revenue Targets & KPIs: Serve as the main point of contact for current Corporate accounts and ensure a strong relationship and customer experience for yearly renewal and achievement of KPI and current account renewal revenue targets in addition to new business revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, across various industries. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their compliance requirements, challenges, and objectives. Recommend tailored solutions and services to meet their unique needs and drive value.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, compliance officers, and legal teams. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on compliance best practices and industry trends.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from prospecting to closure, using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Continuously monitor and update pipeline forecasts to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion. Leverage market insights to position Personnel Concepts as a leader in compliance solutions.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or at least three years of relevant experience in an account executive role
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales especially with large corporate enterprises, with a focus on selling compliance solutions or related services.
  • Good understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., NetSuite or Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Experience in using sales engagement technology is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills, in person and through digital meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
