Arisun Industries is an automotive wheel and tire manufacturer. Our company is rapidly growing, and we are seeking to add another Sales Representative to our team as the sales volume is increasing. The Sales Representative will be responsible for contacting new prospective dealers to introduce the line of products, maintaining regular contact with current dealers, generating sales, and work with the marketing team to develop new ideas and promotions to generate sales. About the job:

  • We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers as they shop for new products or services
  • Making product suggestions according to the wants and needs of customers
  • Locating prospective customers, generating them into leads, and eventually converting them into customers
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
  • Using strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to answer any questions about the product
  • Keeping contact lists and following up with current customers to continue building relationships
  • Demonstrated product knowledge and sales abilities
  • Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns
  • Strong public speaking skills to present products or services to customers
  • Communication skills to confidently make cold calls or negotiate sales terms
  • Familiarity with an office environment, equipment, and software ex. excel, word, google sheets, QuickBooks
  • Answering a combination of phone calls, emails, and online chat messages to provide initial support to customers
  • Processing sales orders accurately and completely
  • Adhering to the procedures and guidelines of the company
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends, available merchandise, and new products that the company will offer to clients and customers
  • Ensuring shelves remained stocked with merchandise
  • Working with the production team to make sure the sales team can fulfill pending and approved orders
  • Pre-screening sales leads and sharing information with a member of the sales team for follow-up

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience with a proven track record of leadership in a sales organization/business unit, preferably experience in automotive industries or knowledge of tires, wheels, or cars
  • Working knowledge of sales
  • Ability to work full-time and travel for business trips
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
