Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Initiate direct communication with customers to promote client products and services and drive the sales process forward.
  • Meet with potential clients in person to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Negotiating contracts and terms of sale with clients directly to ensure we are exceeding their needs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the industry and client capabilities to deliver comprehensive customer service through training classes.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with new customers post-sales to ensure smooth activation of client services.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems daily
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new or existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with upper management and fellow Sales Representatives to streamline office operations and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications We Look For In A Sales Representative:

  • High school diploma
  • Demonstrated success in sales, client relations, client-facing, communications, or customer service if preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Proven reliability in time management and task completion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
