Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are passionate about sales.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs

- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal

- Customer service-oriented mindset

- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software and experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related fields is beneficial.

We provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you succeed in your role as a Sales Representative.

Our Sales Representatives earn commission based on the project size.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in St. Catharines, ON L2R 7E8
