Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base. This is a strategic role that requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and increase market share
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Utilize Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Strategic planning abilities to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for lead tracking and pipeline management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in the industry
- Familiarity with business development software tools and platforms

Pay: $57,318.31 - $79,000.00 per year
