Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team with a focus on business development and prospect hunting. In this role you will own the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cold-calling prospects, managing your pipeline, and cultivating relationships with key decision makers. If you’re a self starter who thrives on creating new opportunities, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, inbound lead follow up, social media outreach, and other methods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Schedule discovery meetings with prospects.
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting onward.
  • Consistently hit or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Work closely with marketing and management to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on business development.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced target driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Preferred: Strong background in service based sales.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
