Franchise Sales Representative
We have a rare opening for a new Sales Representative to join our team. We have been in business for over 20 years and on average, our employees have been with us over 12 years. We believe that says something about the wonderful culture that exists within our organization.
We offer a franchise type business model to clients all over the country who either want to be in business for themselves or want to expand their existing business. We are a very well known national brand with a proven track record of creating successful partnerships. We are in the automotive services industry, which has proven to be recession resistant. Even through the Covid years, our clients did great.
We are looking for a seasoned sales person in the metro Atlanta area to help us with the abundance of leads we generate. No cold calling, we provide you with qualified interested candidates. Your job is simply to provide them with the information they need to make an informed decision. They want to know more about our business model and your job is to tell them about it and answer their questions.
You will work remotely most of the time, 80% of your job is done on the phone. However, we require all potential clients to come to our office in Atlanta to close on their franchise deal. As their Sales Representative, you will be expected to pick them up from the airport and bring them to our office on Fulton Industrial Blvd. We spend the day giving them a tour, our presentation and signing contracts, then you take them back to the airport. Over 95% of every prospect that comes to our office closes. We pay you an incredible commission of $5K on each successful deal. Just doing one a week puts you over $200K in commission; so of course we are very selective about who we bring on to our team, and that’s why our people stay with us.
You do not need to have an automotive background. We will teach you everything you need to know about our services. You must have great people skills and a great work ethic. You must look and speak professionally. You must be able to effectively communicate with all types of people from all types of backgrounds. You must be honest and trustworthy. You must genuinely care about helping other people fulfill their dreams of owning a business. You must be totally focused on doing what is best for the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with pre-qualified, interested candidates—no cold calling required.
- Provide comprehensive information about our franchise model to potential clients.
- Host potential clients in Atlanta, including airport pickup and office visits on Fulton Industrial Blvd.
- Present our franchise opportunity, answer queries, and facilitate the signing of contracts.
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for potential franchisees from start to finish.
