Your role with us:

As a Parts Sales Representative for Pearson Packaging Systems, you will perform a variety of tasks associated in first identifying a specific customer’s parts requirements for secondary packaging equipment from rough verbal descriptions through researching their system blueprints / CAD drawings and then coordinating and tracking build or purchasing activities to ensure the customer parts requirements are accurate and delivered on time. You will process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

How you will contribute to our growth:

  • By utilizing both technical skills and creativity to fulfill our customer’s parts requirements and retaining customers through superior service and accuracy.

What you will need to succeed:

  • CAD / Blueprint Reading (2D and 3D).
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (preferably Epicor).
  • Strong grammatical skills with the ability to appropriately communicate via email or phone.
  • Electrical/Mechanical Parts Knowledge.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workflow in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of departments and team members at all levels with a tactful, professional, energetic and positive approach.
  • Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, preferably manufacturing and/or the packaging industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, call center or related area.
