Job Description: We are seeking a Restaurant Ambassador to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis for a project in West Hollywood. In this role, you will be the face of our company at a client's restaurant, working closely with staff to ensure the seamless integration and operation of our robotic system. This temporary position offers the potential for the right candidate to continue with the company in a customer success or sales capacity after the initial period.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct ongoing training for restaurant staff on the operation and maintenance of the robotic system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with all levels of restaurant staff, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact.
Gather and analyze feedback from staff to identify potential improvements in both the product and staff workflow.
Proactively observe operations to spot opportunities for further integration of our technology.
Assist in daily tasks to maintain the robot's optimal operating conditions, stepping in as needed to ensure continuous functionality.

Requirements:

Ability to commute to a customer location in West Hollywood.
Available to work part-time (4 hours/day) or full-time (8 hours/day) within the restaurant’s location.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a personable and patient demeanor.
Highly responsible and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous.
Interest in robotics and advanced technology is advantageous.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
