Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will utilize your skills in negotiation and analysis to meet customer needs while adhering to industry regulations such as HIPAA. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills, particularly those who are bilingual or multilingual.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements to effectively present products and services.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or outside sales environments.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and negotiate effectively to close sales.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $134,000.00 - $273,000.00 per year
