World Oil Environmental Services is hiring Maintenance Representatives in Union City, CA!

Hourly pay starting at $20-25 per hour!

Shifts for this role will be Monday – Friday, 6AM - 2:30PM

The main duty of Area Representative / Technician is to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the service stations and select commercial properties. Area Representative / Technician will coordinate with the gas station representatives: the operator, its staff, vendors, contractors and monitor the sales, operations and maintenance of the properties.

In this role you will:

• Perform and/or schedule repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Demonstrate work tasks to new station employees by providing basic training or schedule new staff for designated training classes.
• Requisition needed supplies, equipment, parts, or repair services.
• Inspect merchandise displays or window decorations displays to meet permit requirements.
• Responsible for ordering & maintaining supplies, includes negotiating best price in support of cost control efforts. Requisition needed supplies, equipment, parts, or repair services.
• Ensure the stations’ grounds and equipment are: safe, incompliance with all regulations, well maintained, run efficiently, sanitary and kept clean.
• Inspect daily operations, audit gasoline sales and cash revenue, and enforce safety rules / regulations.
• Manage station files and documents, ensure the operations for regulatory compliance and coordinate with regulatory representatives.
• Other tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid CA driver’s license
• Good written and oral communication skills in English is a must with Spanish a plus.
• Plumbing and Electrical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
