Job Overview:
The Bilingual Sales Representative will engage directly with clients, providing personalized service and support in both English and Spanish. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication across diverse linguistic groups, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction and Sales:
- Engage with clients in their preferred language to understand their needs and preferences regarding apartment services.
- Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments and engaging communication to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs effectively.
Relationship Management:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure the adherence to laws and regulations regarding property sales and rentals, including fair housing laws.
- Maintain and update client records and sales contracts.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Product Knowledge:
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Participate in educational opportunities; remain knowledgeable on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in real estate or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- High school degree; BS/BA in business administration or a related field would be a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Additional language skills beyond the required two.
- Understanding of the local real estate market and relevant legal stipulations.
Work Environment:
- Office setting, but may require travel and field work to meet with clients or inspect properties.
- Work hours may extend into evenings or weekends to accommodate clients' schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
