Job Description

Job Brief: MaxRemind is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative / Business Developer to join our team, focusing on the US healthcare market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a particular emphasis on selling Healthcare solutions including EHR, Medical Billing & Credentialing services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients within the healthcare sector, cultivating relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads within the US healthcare market, with a focus on healthcare organizations in need of healthcare solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and engage in consultative sales conversations to understand client requirements and pain points.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of EHR & Billing solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring timely follow-up and proactive engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target healthcare organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals and provide feedback on market trends and client needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the healthcare technology industry.
  • Proven track record of success in selling healthcare SaaS solutions or related healthcare IT products/services.
  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare market, including industry trends, regulations, and challenges related to EHR adoption.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and build rapport with clients.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and functionalities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field (Masters preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
