Our company specializes in providing top-quality windows, roofing, and siding solutions to homeowners across various communities.

We are an ABC Seamless steel franchise location, an Andersen Certified Window Contractor and a Sunesta Sunshade Dealer.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our sales team as a an Outside Sales Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers within designated neighborhoods or communities. Your primary objective will be to promote our windows, roofing, and siding products, generate interest, and ultimately secure sales appointments for our sales team. Your enthusiasm, persuasive communication skills, and ability to build rapport will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales

  • Job A) Bring in sales. By bringing in NEW customers to the company. This will include door-to-door visits to residential properties.
  • Some house leads are provided, but most of your sales will need to come from your own efforts.

2. Production

  • Be an integral part of the team. Helping our production department get the job completed.
  • Follow company standards and policies to turn in good quality projects that are clearly defined.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or direct sales is preferred.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.

3. Strong interpersonal skills to quickly establish rapport and build trust with homeowners.

4. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.

5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adhering to daily/weekly targets.

6. Knowledge or interest in the construction, home improvement, or related industries is a plus but not required.

7. Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools is beneficial.

8. Reliable transportation is required to reach assigned neighborhoods or communities.

9. Must be comfortable working outdoors and navigating different neighborhoods and communities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base pay of $40,000/year with Uncapped bonus commissions.
  • Personal Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays
  • Retirement (Simple IRA) plan with company match
  • Opportunities for advancement to direct sales, leadership and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
