The Uftring Auto Group consists of eleven automotive franchises at six car dealerships in Peoria, East Peoria, Washington and North Pekin, Illinois. Responsibilities
  • Maintain a goal of customer satisfaction while executing all responsibilities
  • Answer incoming Service appointment calls with a warm and enthusiastic greeting
  • Make required outbound calls, generate Service appointments, and log all customer comments (utilize manifest lists provided in SSO and CSSR)
  • Schedule Service appointments
  • Inform customers of maintenance schedules/requirements/recalls via phone, text, email, etc
  • Verify, update, and purify customer profile and information with every communication
  • Reschedule no-show customer appointments
  • Track appointments set versus shown (Excel or other organizational skill needed)
  • Respond to customer website requests and/or online live chats to schedule Service appointments
  • Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment made
  • Be an ambassador for the company by exceeding customers' expectations
  • Continue training and e-learning as necessary by OEM
  • Achieve performance standards established by the Service Manager
  • Any other tasks set forth by the Service Manager
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Proper phone etiquette with an upbeat, positive, "smile" on the phone
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls, both inbound and outbound
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus
  • Phone sales background or scheduling experience is a plus
  • Valid IL driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Hours

  • Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
