Job Summary:

The Sales Representative delivers the highest level of customer experience to every customer. Assists in maintaining all aspects of the sales department of the dealership, including all parts and trailers sales.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Deliver a consistent, high level customer experience, ensuring that we have sold and delivered the complete solution to all of our customers.
Execute trailer sales and paperwork from start to completion in the computer system.
Generate and complete customer trailer quotes.
Assist customers visiting the office and outside on the retail lot.
Assists in maintaining the professional appearance and general organization of the facility (front office and retail lot).
Answer questions about warranties and terms of sales.
Answer incoming trailer sales calls and emails.
Log all new calls into the CRM and follow up on all leads within 24 hours.
Creating posts on social media to promote product, sales, etc. (Minimum 5 per week)
Proper handling of payment transactions and pay information adhering to all policies and procedures regarding handling of cash and bank deposits.
Process credit applications.
Complete paperwork for trade-ins including executing transactions in the computer system.
Enter customer leads and execute sales documents into dealership management software.
Plan and execute outside sales calls aligned to develop a business development strategy with Store Manager direction, input and approval.
Work with your team members including other departments and vendors to ensure proper customer service is delivered.
Proactively stay updated on products offered and internal processes.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Knowledgeable with general computer skills (spreadsheets, documents, e-mail) including ability to create new or modify existing documents and maintain organized files.
Data entry and retrieval in CRM, DMS and utilized Sales Systems.
General Math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide fractions and percentages)
Valid Driver’s License
Dealers License (may be obtained during employment)
Basic experience of trailer products and services provided by the company.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Two to three years of experience commissioned sales and customer service experience, retail preferred

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Must be able to lift up to seventy (70) pounds at times.
