We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a DSD Sales Rep, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the beverage industry. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers while ensuring timely delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within assigned territory.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Delivery: Efficiently deliver Le Bleu Enterprises' products to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Account Management: Manage accounts effectively by conducting regular visits, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Promotional Activities: Coordinate and execute promotional events, tastings, and product demonstrations to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product deliveries. Generate reports as required by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the beverage industry, preferably in DSD sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift and carry product cases and operate delivery vehicles.
- Good MS Word and Excel skills
