Job Overview:
We are looking for a Data Management Specialist to join our growing team. As part of our Revenue Operations team and reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities include data preparation, enrichment, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, as well as internal systems data maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in the use of Excel and CRM systems, a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Clean and validate incoming data from partners to align with organizational standards.
· Evaluate and enrich primary data with additional information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Import, validate, and maintain data integrity within internal systems.
· Conduct regular data audits on internal systems to identify and action any discrepancies.
· Collaborate with teams across the organization to support data needs and projects.
· Assist in the development and implementation of data management strategies and best practices.
· Monitor data processing and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and ensure timely delivery of data-related services.
· Fulfill data requests from partners and internal stakeholders.
· Provide support in creating visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights from data analysis effectively and facilitate decision-making processes.
· Assist for additional tasks within the revenue operations team, such as the creation of quotes and bid requests as required.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of recent and relevant work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other analysis tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage and update data accurately.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CRM and Data Analytics platforms.
Preference may be given to those who possess the following:
· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Experience with Zoho One or other similar platforms.
· EDI/API/e-Commerce administration experience.
· Bilingualism (English and French).
· Experience with data preparation software.
· Familiarity with SQL.
