Job Description

This position will become a dynamic member of our growing sales team. Working closely with our sales manager to retain clients through the renewal of existing contracts and upselling of services, the Inside Sales Representative will perform the following duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service support including answering inbound calls, creating support cases and other customer service duties.
  • Prepare quotations from ServiceTrade Platform from deficiencies list. Working from oldest to current, the Inside Sales Representative will prepare the quotation from a standard pricing menu defined by Company Management.
  • Follow-up new sales opportunities through inbound leads assigned by the Sales Manager to the Inside Sales Representative. Quotes will be issued through ServiceTrade software. These sales will be for parts, portable fire extinguishers, or other items as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Update customer data and information in ServiceTrade as appropriate.
  • Update customer data and information in system CRM as appropriate.
  • Follow up in accordance with policy and procedures all Quotes generated by the Inside Sales Representative.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, respond to customer inquiries and requests in an expedited timeframe.
  • Maintain Quote Quantity generation rate for hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals as defined.
  • Achieve quarterly quotas for Gross Sales.
  • Communicate status of leads, sales plan progress, and competitive activity, including accurate and timely forecasting to Sales Manager.
  • Attending Company Sales Team Meetings as scheduled.
  • Prepare equipment lists, quotations, proposals and other sales documents and enter orders into order processing system.
  • Update customer data and information in ServiceTrade portal upon contact.
  • Attend webinar, local area, and national training as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position qualifies for a hybrid remote work schedule once the probationary training period has been successfully completed.

Position Qualifications:

  • 1 year sales experience (inside or outside)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
