All Insurance is owned by two agents dedicated to serving our clients and community.
We are looking for a customer-oriented sales representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. **Duties: ** - Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat- Perform data entry and accurately analyze customer information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette - provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits. If not currently licensed, there will be a requirement to be licensed within 60 days of employment. The office will compensate for training and testing.

Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that covert prospective clients to new clients
- Determines clients needs and financial situations by preforming renewal reviews; looking at coverage and making suggestions.
- Creating and meeting sales goals.
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
