Job Description

Jani-King of Hartford is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This role will be the front-line voice for initiating sales meetings. Research, prospecting, outgoing phone calls, and coordinating first sales visits will be a large part of this role.

Full Time/Part Time Opportunity - Monday - Friday. Paid holidays, no nights or weekends and after 90 days paid time off / vacation for full-time hours. Very pleasant working atmosphere, professional teammates, and clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong incoming and outgoing phone presence
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Confident sales ability
  • Computer Research / Strong working knowledge of Internet Search
  • Personal discipline and the drive to make a difference.
  • Self‐motivated and confident
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships.
  • Strong phone / customer service / communication skills
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate with businesses and business leaders
  • Ability to understand territories and sales markets.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Go‐getter mentality & positive attitude!
  • In addition, this role will be required to make sales phone calls as needed.

The right candidate will possess:

  • The ability to multi-task and think in the abstract.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Maturity and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
