You will engage in face to face marketing tactics including business to business and residential marketing to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for business development, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Duties

Find prospective customers to generate interest in our products and services.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the market and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives and improve overall sales performance.
Negotiate terms of sale with clients to close deals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

Proven experience in direct sales, face to face, or direct marketing is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Ability to effectively negotiate and influence decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
