Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Analyst/Administrator to join our team. This role combines data analysis with administrative responsibilities to support and enhance our sales process, particularly in the real estate sector. The position utilizes existing tools and does not require coding or database management skills.
This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data, real estate agent production, lender production, market trends, and office trends using Power BI and other tools
- Recommend sales rep assignments based on data analysis
- Input approved recommendations into HubSpot CRM as leads or opportunities
- Establish follow-up processes for sales managers to track lead progress
- Coordinate sales team events and meetings
- Contribute to developing and implementing company-wide sales strategies
- Suggest new sales and marketing ideas for underrepresented areas (without direct sales rep)
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in using Power BI for data analysis and visualization (on job training)
- Excellent writing and communication abilities
- Proven execution skills
- Experience evaluating sales performance using CRM metrics (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with real estate industry trends (preferred)
Note: This role does not require coding skills or database management expertise. All necessary tools, including Power BI and HubSpot CRM, are already in place.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will blend data-driven decision-making with administrative efficiency to support our sales team and drive company growth. They should be comfortable working with datasets using Power BI, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and collaborating across departments to implement sales strategies.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $50,000 -$65,000/year.
- In accordance with Colorado state law, this position is non-exempt and all overtime will be paid at time and a half.
- Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, and expertise & may vary from the amount above.
