Our Members get access to rent our professionally designed homes for a minimum of 2 days and can stay as long as they’d like, with only a 2-weeks’ notice required if they’d like to move. As a Member there are no long-term obligations, no security deposits, and no application fees. We bundle utilities and the internet to allow seamless transition from one home to another.
About The Role
We’re looking for an individual who will thrive in a start-up environment, can juggle multiple projects at a given time with an emphasis on developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets through process creation and iteration. You’ll work directly for and with the VP of Development on innovation of new processes and sales techniques that deliver measurable results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute new processes for outbound/inbound lead generation
- Challenge & test existing processes to increase efficiency
- Lead, hire, train & develop BDR Team
- 10X Landing's supply network by creating pitch opportunities for all qualifying apartments in North America
- Identify & develop new outbound lead sources
- Iterate & build-on existing expansion opportunities
- Work cross functionally with marketing to develop online and offline campaigns to drive awareness and pitch opportunities
- Performs data-driven analysis for AP Sales initiatives
- Own, support & expand strategic partnerships
- End to end knowledge of Autopilot with the ability to sell the product
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and internal executive strategy sessions to shape the direction of Landing's real estate business
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Detail oriented and highly organized self starter with a drive to dig into complex problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve multiple issues at once
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fearless, self-motivated and hardworking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency
- Willingness to travel throughout North America up to 10% of the time
