We are expanding and growing in Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas. We are looking for driven, growth minded, and positive individuals who want to be in control of their income and get paid what they are worth. This is a B2B sales environment with un-capped income and growth opportunities. Candidates must be coachable to learn our systems in order to become proficient in our sales environment.
We train agents by leading from the front. Our top producers train you and guide you through the learning curve. We have a culture where we lead by example and show you how to be successful. We train each person as if they are new to sales but prior experience is valued. We are looking for individuals who are looking to position themselves into a leadership role quickly. Characteristics we often look for:
- Outside sales experience/B2B sales experience
- Ran a small business
- Involved in your local community
- Great at networking or have gathered a referral based business before
