Pharmacy's Business Hours
Mon-Fri: 9AM-6PM
Start Date: November 2024
Compensation and Benefits:

Job Highlights:
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about marketing and sales with an in-depth knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical sales. This candidate should be excited about the world of pharmacology and skilled in communication. We are looking for someone to cover our Massachusetts locations.
This is a full-time position and will require the ability to work between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday although scheduling may vary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promoting pharmacy services to healthcare providers (doctors, nurses, hospitals, private practices, etc.)
- Maintaining a positive relationship with our current providers through excellent customer service.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to strategize methods of development.
- Prior experience in healthcare and pharmacy.
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals.
- Negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of pharmacology.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Time management skills.
- Networking skills to expand the company’s contacts within a certain area.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MicroSoft word, excel, Google calendar, and general computer skills.
- Previous sales experience
- Log and track client contacts, meetings, calls, and lunches in an organized manner.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients.
- Increase the number of accounts across the desired territory.
- Learn about the competitor market and consistently work to rise above through sales tactics and skilled customer service.
- Reach/excel monthly sales quotas.
- Commitment to upholding the companies' ethical standards.
- Working knowledge of the latest research into company specialties.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel are required.
- Consistently exhibits a high level of proficiency and expertise in discussing and demonstrating the company’s product list and patient care programs/services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers/influencers within physician offices and pharmaceutical companies.
- Provide consistent follow-up on all customer concerns.
- Keep relevant parties informed through submitting activity and analysis reports.
- Proven ability to observe and identify market opportunities and challenges and subsequently develop, plan, implement, and follow through with action plans to positively influence opportunities in the market.
Requirements:
- Valid MA driver’s license.
- High school degree.
- Must be able to travel throughout MA and RI territory.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening, background check, including a driving record background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
