**Job Title: Sales Representative (Residential Cleaning Services)**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at GoVision, a leading provider of residential cleaning services. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our services to potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This role offers a commission-based pay structure with ample opportunity to exceed minimum wage and earn substantial income.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Lead Generation:** Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

2. **Client Outreach:** Initiate contact with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce our residential cleaning services and establish rapport.

3. **Needs Assessment:** Conduct thorough assessments of clients' cleaning needs and preferences to tailor our services accordingly, providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.

4. **Product Presentation:** Present our services in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting the benefits and value proposition to potential clients.

5. **Proposal Development:** Prepare and present proposals outlining service offerings, pricing, and terms of agreement, addressing any questions or concerns to facilitate the sales process.

6. **Negotiation:** Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure agreements that are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.

7. **Sales Closure:** Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, demonstrating persistence and follow-up to overcome objections and finalize deals.

8. **Relationship Management:** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

9. **Market Research:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth and strategic positioning.

10. **Reporting:** Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the residential services industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve targets.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools for lead tracking and pipeline management is preferred.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales and marketing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
