Our workforce, like our technology, is rapidly expanding and looking for a qualified Jr Field Sales Representative.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Jr Field Sales Representative provides sales support directly to customers in the field and field offices and the Nabors NDUSA marketing team. Market technical and performance data externally and be a technical resource to the client, to provide the optimal services for their program. Promote Nabors NDS products and services. Provide sales efforts consistent with Nabors corporate guidelines to promote the growth of Tubular Running Services (TRS), Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD), and the rest of Nabors Drilling Solutions growing portfolio as required.
- Conduct marketing actives related to Nabors NDS products to operators
- Provide technical support to NDUSA marketing team
- Technical Understanding of all NDS product lines
- Ability to expand client base across multiple products and services within the Nabors Portfolio
- Ability to negotiate profitable deals
- Understanding of P&L on all Nabors associated services
- Ability to create value through the sales cycles for all Nabors products
- Ability to facilitate credit, downtime, and bids
- Capable of producing high volume sales
- Ability to work with operations team as well as marketing team
- Ability to work with all levels of management both internally and externally
- Establish key points of contact within client’s offices and field locations throughout the hierarchy level
- Be able to analyze data sets to look for opportunities to expands Nabors services
- Be able to read and understand complex downhole measurements
- Maintain individual sales revenue generation expectations
- Must keep sales activities and contacts up to date in Salesforce or active CRM
- Any other duties assigned by management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in Oil Field Services
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous sales experience in a related field
- Minimum 2 Years’ of oilfield sales role
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong strategic marketing skills
- Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detailed understanding of M/LWD Down-hole tool technology and Casing Running Services
- Detailed understanding of Field operations related to M/LWD and Directional Drilling
- Detailed understanding of the sales cycle
- Ability to perform local field travel 100% of the time.
