Location: Remote; United States
Base Salary: $80,000-$100,000 + Uncapped Commissions (OTE: $100,000-$200,000)

Typical Hours: M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM, Flexible

[REMOTE] National Account Manager (telecommunication sales exp. req.) Description

Our client, an engineering and consulting company, is looking to add a Remote National Account Manager to their Team. This position was created to develop sales of broadband and power engineering services with power companies in the US. You’ll network to build relationships with power companies in the NRECA membership to sell their engineering services. To achieve this, you’ll travel across the US to meet with key contacts within power companies. Because of the size of these sales, $100k-$1M, they’re looking for a resourceful, autonomous sales professional with experience selling similar engineering services. Someone who is accustomed to longer sales cycles and understands perseverance pays. With an uncapped commission structure and a personal stake in the company’s success (because of their employee-owned stock options), this is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a greater impact within a Team and be rewarded for it. [REMOTE] National Account Manager (telecommunication sales exp. req.) Responsibilities

  • Develop new business with power companies including NRECA
  • Build and effectively manage a sales pipeline
  • Sell broadband and power engineering services
  • Create and nurture relationships with key contacts and decision-makers
  • Deliver engaging presentations that encapsulate the company’s value propositions
  • Work with engineering teams to follow up on technical inquiries
  • Travel throughout the US to capture new business opportunities
  • Expand company visibility through participation in trade shows and other events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create an effective sales strategy
  • Develop sales region throughout the US

[REMOTE] National Account Manager (telecommunication sales exp. req.) Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience selling broadband engineering services to companies required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven sales experience in acquiring new logos required
  • Experienced traveling 50% (or more) for new business required
