Are you looking for a new Sales opportunity in Western Michigan with lots of room for advancement and the ability to make as much commission possible based on you! (No Commission cap!)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through lead generation, account management, and effective negotiation strategies.

Below you'll find a general breakdown of what the position entails, compensation range, general qualifications and overview of actual position.

Pay range

  • Base Salary is between $65-75k/year + Commission (Commission is paid out monthly and based on your performance, first year Sales Rep's typically end up between $100-120k/year on overall income)

Duties
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Manage accounts by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and maintain customer records
- Implement effective territory management strategies to maximize sales potential

Skills
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and competitor activities
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business
- Experience in lead generation and account management
- Knowledge of retail sales, B2B sales, and conducting product demos
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for managing customer interactions
- Ability to effectively manage territories and prioritize sales activities
