Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Optical Sales/sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service. This role involves engaging with patients/clients, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. The Optical Sales/sales professional will work closely with our team to meet sales goals while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize knowledge of optical/sales terminology to effectively communicate product benefits.
- Assist in managing optical sales operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive customer information.
- Collaborate with the optical team to support patient needs and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in handling products as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients/clients to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in optical sales or related fields is valued.
- Strong understanding of optical terminology is helpful.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in retail management or clinic settings is desirable.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Pay: $47,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
