Watermelon Swim's mission is to grow a community full of safer swimmers and reduce the risks while increasing confidence in and around water.
Watermelon Swim is seeking individuals who are personable, detail-oriented, goal driven and excellent communicators to work in our call center. We offer a great opportunity to earn an exceptional base pay plus commission while working a consistent weekly schedule of weekday shifts (morning and evening) and one Saturday or Sunday morning shift.
Our melontastic Call Center Representatives are generally responsible for:
- Enrolling new clients.
- Assisting existing clients with scheduling, questions, or concerns.
- Meeting monthly sales goals.
Skills and Qualifications necessary for success:
- Must have previous sales experience and demonstrated customer service skills.
- Persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and teammates.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone system, Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Bilingual candidates preferred but not required.
