Job Description
Our Client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical people.
This role requires on site meetings twice per month. Must be Canadian resident to apply and must work within Canada at all times.
Experience conveying technical information to non-technical people and advising decision-makers on technical options. (5+ years)
Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across departments. (5+ years)
Experience working within a large and complex organization. (5+ years)
Experience working in a work-from-home environment within a large and complex organization. (2+ years)
Experience in facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders. (5+ years)
Experience planning, organizing, scheduling and monitoring concurrent tasks. (5+ years)
Experience using Microsoft SharePoint. (2+ years)
Experience using MS Office 2010 products or higher versions. (4+ years)
Experience with IT service management, IT service management applications, IT application development and maintenance projects. (2+ years)
Experience with risk management and issues management (5+ years)
Experience with ServiceNow platform (1+ year)
Experience working on multiple tasks or initiatives with strict timelines, simultaneously. (5+ years)
