Summary

As a key member of TGTG, LLC, you will be instrumental in driving business development efforts and managing client relationships. This position is vital to our mission of delivering high-quality services that meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution of client projects.
• Utilize customer relationship management software to track interactions and sales progress.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client needs and expectations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on project status and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in consulting or service industries.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts successfully.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Strategic planning capabilities with a focus on achieving business objectives.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
