- Responsibilities:
- Full-time role working alongside passionate, energetic teammates.
- Consistently develop a strong prospect list, using research tools and CRM.
- Use tools like phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach to connect with potential clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets (meetings scheduled, held, opportunities created, etc.)
- Communicate KGET value propositions, schedule meetings, build and collaborate on proposals, present solutions, and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Strive to strengthen and grow existing partnerships, think strategically to optimize campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed revenue goals and maintain an accurate and consistent revenue forecast.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Self motivated and able to work autonomouslySkills & Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience in media sales, or related fields, with a passion for customer solutions.
- Experienced in consultative selling.
- Strong organizational, writing, and proposal building skills.
- Quick to learn new tools, technology, and processes.
- Energetic, adaptable, and organized.
- Quick thinker, able to ask and answer questions with ease.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on maintaining positive momentum.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
