Job Description


This is a pivotal role that works across sales, marketing, and customer service departments to optimize the revenue-generating process. The RevOps Manager is responsible for owning and optimizing the CRM System (HubSpot) functionality across Sales, Marketing and Client Success. This requires a deep knowledge of Sales Productivity functions and Marketing Automation of the platform. RevOps Manager needs to apply their experience around process, workflows, performance reporting, and new and existing engagement management. This includes going beyond the setup and configuration of HubSpot and providing analysis and insight into the business and how we can drive additional revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in establishing and maintaining data integrity standards within HubSpot, laying the foundation for scalable growth.

  • Generate actionable insights through comprehensive KPI and forecast reports, empowering decision-making at all levels of the organization.

  • Create visually compelling sales and marketing dashboards, providing real-time visibility into funnel performance and driving strategic initiatives.

  • Champion database cleanliness through meticulous list segmentation and regular maintenance.

  • Serve as our Hubspot SME for cross-departmental teams including but not limited to sales, marketing, customer success, etc.

  • Drive the development and automation of sales, marketing, and customer success workflows, crafting efficient processes for existing and new.

  • Optimize lead management processes and track the journey from acquisition to conversion, ensuring seamless flow and maximum efficiency.

  • Spearhead marketing automation efforts, including impactful email campaigns and targeted lead nurturing strategies.

  • Act as the technical expert, troubleshooting issues and evaluating new sales automation tools to streamline operations further.

  • Provide analysis and insight into workflows that impact Marketing leads, New Sales conversions and Customer retention.


Qualifications


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of expertise as a RevOps Manager

  • High Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, with the potential for complexities of a subscription model, coupled with a track record of success in optimizing existing systems.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the intricacies of the HubSpot platform across CRM and Marketing, including automation, reporting, and workflow design.

  • Possess a keen analytical mindset with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven strategies.

  • Familiarity with website tools, marketing analytics, and the startup environment is highly advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving are a must-have in this collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.

  • Ability to work cross functionally across department heads as well as directly with Sales Reps and Client Success Managers.

  • Ability to think strategically to go along with the required tactical execution

  • Previous experience in Sales and Marketing a plus

  • Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)
