Job Description:
As a Real Estate Agent at The Realty Firm, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients buy and sell properties. You will provide expert guidance, build lasting relationships, and ensure a seamless transaction process for your clients. Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property evaluations and market analyses to determine the best listing price.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and regulations.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction.
Develop and maintain a network of clients, referrals, and industry contacts.
Showcase properties to potential buyers and conduct property tours.
Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
Stay informed about real estate financing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Utilize digital and traditional marketing strategies to promote listings.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.

Qualifications:

Ontario Real Estate License or enrollment in Humber College program (Required)
Strong work ethic and a commitment to professionalism
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Tech-savvy with knowledge of real estate software and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
