An organization that provides Medication Assisted Treatment and virtual/in-home treatment for Substance Use Disorders in many states across the country is seeking a Business Development Coordinator in the Orlando area. The organization serves adults with private insurance (in-network and out-of-network) struggling with addiction from many different types of substances. This is an entry level position with a path to growth into Business Development Representative, Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Director positions in the future. Candidates Will Have:
- Knowledge of addiction (personal or professional) and a passion for helping individuals recover
- Knowledge about Medication Assisted Treatment
- Ability to clearly and proficiently communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to operate Salesforce (CRM) and LinkedIn proficiently
- Hard-working attitude and an outgoing personality
- Background in sales or customer service
Principal Responsibilities:
- Use existing database of former accounts, leads and prospects to make phone calls, email and set appointments to make them familiar with the treatment offerings of the organization
- Reach out to new potential referral partners through cold calls and email campaigns
- Clearly communicate the program offerings of the organization to potential referral sources
- Continuous use of the CRM system in updating new prospects, contacts or accounts and adding notes each time there is interaction
- Participate in phone calls and virtual meetings with potential referral sources or other members of the business development team
- Set appointments for in-person meetings with more senior members of the business development team
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Addiction/Mental Health recovery field
- Degree from an accredited university or college preferred
