An organization that provides Medication Assisted Treatment and virtual/in-home treatment for Substance Use Disorders in many states across the country is seeking a Business Development Coordinator in the Orlando area. The organization serves adults with private insurance (in-network and out-of-network) struggling with addiction from many different types of substances. This is an entry level position with a path to growth into Business Development Representative, Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Director positions in the future. Candidates Will Have:

Knowledge of addiction (personal or professional) and a passion for helping individuals recover
Knowledge about Medication Assisted Treatment
Ability to clearly and proficiently communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to operate Salesforce (CRM) and LinkedIn proficiently
Hard-working attitude and an outgoing personality
Background in sales or customer service

Principal Responsibilities:

Use existing database of former accounts, leads and prospects to make phone calls, email and set appointments to make them familiar with the treatment offerings of the organization
Reach out to new potential referral partners through cold calls and email campaigns
Clearly communicate the program offerings of the organization to potential referral sources
Continuous use of the CRM system in updating new prospects, contacts or accounts and adding notes each time there is interaction
Participate in phone calls and virtual meetings with potential referral sources or other members of the business development team
Set appointments for in-person meetings with more senior members of the business development team
