Ban-Koe Companies, leading the industry in securing the work place and managing the work force solutions, is seeking qualified sales representatives to springboard our success in the region. Those seeking a sales position understand that they are expected to drive the business by finding it, developing it, and assisting in maintaining/keeping it. Our customer objective is to be a life long relationship. Due to the depth and breadth of our many solution offerings, customers naturally become annuities, as most of them purchase and maintain multiple system solutions when they join the Ban-Koe customer family and retain our services.

We are seeking highly driven individuals that want to have the ability to increase their income through incentive pay over base pay, on sales performance. The person that seeks a highly competitive compensation plan that allows them the independence to out-perform, impact their own career/performance, and be highly compensated for it is a best fit. Past industry sales experience is welcome, helpful but not required. An aptitude for learning how things work, electrical/electronic systems, software systems, enjoying the process of find solutions to customer problems and wanting to be out there in and amongst our customers and new prospects will promote the success in this position.

Do you know how to effectively call on customer (in person, on the phone, via email) and use your persuasion and communication skills to get an appointment, see through the appointment (many times in person), aid in designing the system/solution(s), making an effective proposal presentation, and close the deal? Do you want to not necessarily spend your work day inside an office, travel an area routinely to prospect, plan your own territory coverage to make your quota?
