Responsibilities of the Sales Representative/Customer Service:
· Answering high volume of inbound calls from potential clients
· Managing inbound emails and cases in a timely manner
· Up selling and cross-selling all product offerings
· Asking for referrals and identifying new opportunities
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Sales Representative/Customer Service:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize & meet deadlines
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
