International Manufacturing company (electrical appliances) seeking a Bilingual Operations Coordinator/ Inside Sales Rep. in Torrance. Must have strong communication and Excel Skills. Entry level candidate welcome. Temp to Hire, $20-22/hr., Hybrid work schedule (3 days office, 2 days remote).

Requirements of the Operations Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative:

Associate degree or working towards degree, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Bilingual in English and Japanese / Korean / Chinese / OR Vietnamese is big plus
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office (Especially strong Excel Skill is needed)
Good phone manner and problem solver
Detail oriented, organized, and strong with numbers

Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative:

Work closely with Sales Reps
Process Orders
Create and process necessary documentations and generate invoices
Communicate with clients and provide customer service
Generate various reports using Excel
Receives customers’ inquiries by telephone and Email, provides information requested
Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products
Occasionally visit client’s site and attend tradeshows as needed
Communicate with HQ in Japan as needed
Other related duties and administrative duties

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
