Seven28 Technology Solutions, a growing provider of cutting-edge security systems in the NY/NJ metro area, is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to bring in new business.
We specialize in AI-enhanced Remote Guarding services and security system and access control installations. Remote Guarding uses AI to detect threats in real-time, offering 24/7 protection without the need for on-site guards, at a fraction of the cost.
Unlimited Commission & Residuals:
This commission-only role offers monthly residuals for the length of each contract. If you're entrepreneurial, motivated, and ready to help grow a startup, this is the opportunity for you.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in security/technology)
- Existing network in property management, real estate, or commercial sectors is a plus
- Familiarity with security systems (surveillance, access control, AI) is a plus
- Comfortable with commission-only compensation
- Reliable transportation for client visits in the NY/NJ area
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting key areas, utilizing territory management skills to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facilities managers, and business owners to promote and sell security solutions.
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts for AI-enhanced remote guarding and security system installations.
- Provide service demonstrations in person or via Zoom, showcasing the benefits of our security solutions.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate security needs and offer tailored recommendations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage accounts, track leads, monitor communications, and analyze sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Track and analyze sales performance to refine strategies and improve results.
- Maintain a sales pipeline through consistent follow-up, closing deals, and ensuring long-term client relationships.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
