The Digital Technology Rising Leaders Program is an exciting early career rotational development program for college graduates with bachelors in a technology related majors. Rising Leaders complete three 8-month digital technology assignments in two years. The Digital Technology Rising Leaders Program is specifically designed to develop a pipeline of future people leaders for our Digital Technology organization with rotation possibilities in Application Development, Internet of Things & Mobility, Digital Global Business Solutions, Data & Analytics and Cyber Security.
Our Digital Technology Rising Leaders Program offers two learning paths:
General Path: Rising Leaders will rotate through three 8-month assignments across three departments to gain broad experience in the Digital Technology Organization with technical and/or non-technical assignments such as business analyst or project management. This path is ideal for information systems, data analytics, informatics, business administration, or similar majors with concentrations or minors relevant to program track.
Technical Path: Rising Leaders will rotate through three 8-month assignments to develop deep technical skills in a specific technical career path. This path is ideal for cybersecurity, computer science, computer engineering or similar technically focused technology majors.
What you will need to be successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree required (technology majors) or currently pursuing degree which must be awarded prior to start date

In addition to functional skills development, Rising Leaders will develop business and leadership skills with colleagues across all Otis Rising Leaders Program tracks. Rising Leaders will develop fundamentals in:

Our Rising Leaders will enhance their strengths and develop new skills through:
  • Meaningful projects that contribute to real business innovations, strategies, and goals
  • Training including in-person and virtual workshops, eLearning, and hands-on experiences

  • Working with senior level mentors
  • Insight into the business through site tours, Executive Lunch and Learns, customer engagements, and other activities
