What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Director of Marketing Operations within our Corpay division. This position falls under our NAF line of business. In this role, you will Serve as Marketing Cloud product owner and subject matter expert. Create training, communications, and tools so teams understand how to best leverage platform. Play a leading role in translating requirements into operational briefs. You will report directly to the VP of Digital Marketing and regularly collaborate with other team(s)/department(s).

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Defining campaign processes from intake to archive ensuring proper documentation and business rules are followed. Ensure comprehensive campaign documentation is accurate and easily accessible
  • Developing deep understanding of the impact of cross system setups; e.g. how naming conventions persist from disparate source systems to impact reporting.
  • Working with Strategic Marketing to translate campaign ideas into build requirements
  • Partnering with Project Management team to ensure flawless execution and identify opportunities to improve process
  • Coordinating with agencies & vendors
  • Collaborating with up-stream process owners to ensure needed data is accurate and campaigns are performing optimally
  • Collaborating with the Sales Operations and IT teams to ensure campaign design functions to support Sales Teams
  • Overseing output of the build teams and act as quality control
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to measure, track, and report on campaign performance from delivery to revenue
  • Leading a team of internal campaign developers and own agency/vendor relationships
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5-10 years in digital development and marketing roles, including leadership positions.
  • 3+ years deep experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with ability to build & launch campaigns and journeys
  • 3+ years B2B marketing and financial services experience
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with business partners, business analysts and project team partners to design and deliver solutions, resolve issues and drive work to completion
  • Sense of ownership and willingness to learn
  • Ability to define, implement and improve processes
  • Experience using and building in Monday.com
  • Knowledge of A/B test strategies, multivariate test strategies, and test planning
  • Self-motivated with ability to define, structure and prioritize work for self and flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate
  • Ability to adapt and work independently toward tight deadline in fast-paced work environment
  • Incredible attention to detail and an eye for quality
  • Ability to work across various levels of the organization while building trust and fostering collaboration
