Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to customer needs and providing accurate and helpful information
  • Manage inbound calls from customers inquiring about plumbing and HVAC services, including service requests, scheduling, and general inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on services, and engage with both existing and potential customers
  • Schedule service appointments for technicians based on their availability and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure effective communication and efficient service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations

  • Availability to work full-time hours, which may include daytime, evening, and/or weekend shifts
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
