Admin Tasco, LLC is a small firm built to service the needs of our many customers and potential, future customers. We have dedicated team members all serving the same goal: Superior customer interactions and premier customer service. We operate in a growing industry with multiple tracks for revenue creation.

Our company has existed for 8 years as a direct broker for a major administrator selling Vehicle Service Contracts and Home Warranties. Join us and learn the ins and outs of the industry.

Are you a sales representative with untapped potential? Looking for a new opportunity to flex your money-making skills and pull in that lucrative commission and bonus loot?

We have the opportunity for paid training and massive first year earnings.

We create fresh leads with qualifiers who transfer calls directly to our closers so they can build a pipeline of business. Every call is a first call close with no follow-up necessary. All customer service is handled by a secondary department.

This position:

Quality Assurance Sales Representatives will take live calls from concluded sales and perform an upsell that requires NO DOWN PAYMENT after running through a short Q and A script for the previous sale. You will need to train in Auto Warranty Sales in order to answer questions about the existing policy while bundling a Home Warranty onto the existing customer's account.

This position pays a compound commission of $7.00 per customer for all customers acquired and who continue paying each month. This means that each month, the total number of customers you sign up x $7.00 = your commission.

We anticipate this position generating an annual commission pay in the amount of $150,000 after enough time and effort.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience or customer service retention experience.
  • An open mind for training.
  • Reliability.
  • Drive to be great.

The Basics:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm with an hour lunch and a handful of coffee breaks.
  • Compensation: Base Pay starts at $12.00 per hour which drops off after several months (3-4) when the compound commissions start pouring in. See above for expected pay.
