Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated Regional Sales Representatives to join our dynamic national sales team. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our environmental engineering solutions across your assigned region. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for environmental consulting in any or all sectors we do business with, including petroleum and chemical site remediation, environmental compliance, and environmental permitting.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in a particular sector within your region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their unique needs.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing clients to secure their future business.
  • Collaborate with our senior technical and professional staff to develop tailored solutions for clients' environmental challenges.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and environmental regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, proven work experience in sales management or relevant senior sales role or experience in measuring and analyzing performance indicators such as KPI and ROIs.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the environmental consulting or engineering sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Salary / Benefits

  • Base starting Salary is $50,00-70,000 per year with an ‘above industry standard’ commission structure.
